From Fort Lauderdale Airport Take the 595 Expressway west to the Florida Turnpike south.
From the Florida Turnpike Once you are on the Florida Turnpike going south, follow the signs through Homestead and Florida City to the Florida Keys. The Turnpike ends in Florida City and becomes US 1. Take US 1 south for approximately 40 miles. Note the Mile Markers on the right side of the highway. Cross Snake Creek Bridge (at Mile Marker 85). Look to your left (Oceanside). You will see a colorful pastel building with the sign "Drop Anchor Resort and Marina." Turn left.
