- AS OF 5/21/05, THE CONDITIONS BELOW ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
- One night’s room charge plus tax is required to guarantee reservations of 6 nights or less.
- Three night’s room charge plus tax is required to guarantee reservations of 7 nights or more.
- Reservations of 6 days or less: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the reservation deposit.
- Reservations of 7 days or longer: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights stay at reservation rate plus taxes. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the reservation deposit.
- Minimum stay requirements may apply during weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Rates are based on double occupancy for all units.
- Their will be an additional fee of $15.00 dollars per night for extra people over the age of 12.
- Their is an additional $15.00 dollar plus tax fee per night for Boat dockage.
- Children 12 and under stay FREE!
- Special seasonal rates, deposit/cancellation requirements, and minimum stays are imposed for all weekends, holidays and special events.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discovery. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.
